Andrea L. Henderson is a Partner in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Diversity, CEO & Board practices at DHR Global where she is an executive talent solutions strategist.
She is the Chair of the Membership Committee for the Atlanta chapter of the Private Directors Association and is certified in Private Company Board Governance. Andrea is also a member of the Astia community where she serves as a start-up company Advisor leveraging over 20 years of experience as an international Human Resources/Talent Professional and expertise in developing strategies to identify and cultivate diverse talent for executive-level and board of director roles. She is an Angel investor and VC LP who invests in underrepresented Founders and has a special interest in women’s health/FemTech, healthy aging and future of work.
